Is this the Severence Plan?

It's from 2009 but is this basically what they'll be following?

Can't follow that link. But let me summarize for you. You get severance pay, that is greater of the following two:

  1. 10 days of pay for every year of service; which is prorated
  2. or, minimum of 110 days for level 58, 59, 60, or 88 days for level 54, 55, 56

Basically if you have enough years of service, that's going to benefit you. On top of that, you get whatever vacation accrurals you have. In addition, when you are notified, you will continue to receive a paycheck and benefits for up to two months.
