When do the closing stores get their vacation time paid? I thought it was at the end when you are terminated?

Just use your vacation before your store closes this company will do anything they can to steal from and not pay their employees what they're owed trust me
88sears.com is your friend on this. Your manager should also have provided you with a “closing store FYI” letter. Since your manager can’t read emails from Denise Morrison, here are the details:
- Vacation continues to accrue through closing. All accrued vacation will be paid out at termination on your final check.
- Personal time continues to accrue through closing. Personal time will not be paid at termination, unless you live in a state that requires it.
- Sick pay (for those associates in an area that has sick pay) will also continue to accrue. Sick pay is not paid out unless required
It would be well-advised to make sure that you get all of your money. You are dealing with Transformco.
It depends on your state. In states like CA, MA, IL, LA and NE you do get vacation paid out and it should be on your final paycheck. A simple google search for this will answer your question.
You are correct in California. I don't know about other states.
