The definitive answer about bullying at denbury is yes, after the layoff and scrambling of people from other fields that are on the market to be sold employees were told by the superintendent that came to the other fields that was carrying them to get on his train or get off at the next stop. Dedicated and experienced 10 yr employees left the company due to their dictatorship. They should have appreciated the fact that they went into a prosperous field. Since they came over it isn't so prosperous anymore. Moral had a lot to do with it.

It has been reported several times by different people. No action has been taken. She thinks she owns the place
Call her our by name people.
Better file a hurt feelings report
Yes, sadly it does exist by a person in a management position. It has been reported by several of the manager’s subordinates and has been ignored. This manager has survived 3 layoffs. I don’t understand it. A lot of what is said on this discussion are untruths and just some people wanting to stir things up but this issue may have some validity. Look into it. But do not do a survey by department because no one will be totally honest as they feel like their responses could be identified. And maybe managers need to know what the definition of bullying is.
Do angry letters count?
In general? Not in my opinion. There could be exceptions.
