Director of X in the HO... piss poor dude. Micromanages and retaliates against people who don't agree with the dude. Had s-xual harassment hr complaints, retaliation hr complaints,etc. against the dude.
I left the company because I had the bad fortune of working for this low life. The team entirely was talking about 'prison break' because of this dude and everyone thought one fine day, he'd get fired. Guess what? He got promoted to Senior Director!
I know Sam Walton talked about 'Swim upstream - ignore conventional wisdom', didn't know he meant turn a blind eye to common sense.
Anyone else had these scenarios wherein their sanity got challenged like this?
