From Storm managers on up, they are all empty suits.
Our store manager went on 2 week vacation, then a weeks training. Gone 3 weeks and the store ran better.
We dont need corporate or managers, we need them to leave.
Customers are confused by the hand printed signs out front. I came into work the other day to hear a customer yelling at a paint associate “what do you mean you don’t have Behr paint?!”
We are cutting hours, but have hours to spend in the training room remaking Home Depot style signs and only former Home Depot associates can make them. Our store manager loves to hire former Home Depot associates thinking he is sticking it to them. He will be in for a surprise, all the Lowe’s associates are looking to be former Lowe’s associates leaving the SM with nothing but do nothing former Home Depot employees.
Our district manager walks around the store wearing orange shoes, what a joke! He looks like a fat clown.
