Any ideas on who could be brought in to fix everything Marvin and his predecessors messed up? Is there even fixing this mess?

No one can because all retail employees are being cut back one way or the other. I have several friends that work retail in one way or another and their time is being cut back also. Pay as well as sales benefits. Benefits are next. Watch what happens to health care. They will cut it back so that you will have to get it on the marketplace like Walmart employees do. So not just that a$$ Marvin but large retail corps are doing this. Partly due to online shopping and elimination of brick and mortar stores.
