Usually it’s the previous Stl communicating issues to ec’s or vp/president of regions so that means if you have reported issues to the stl you are going to get fired even if it involves legitimate issues.
I will share a little secret to you even in transfers or rehires they always call the previous stl so if that stl was shady as hell or any of their chronie astl’s well you are done it’s always done over ther phone or in person to avoid evidence or proof .
The biggest liability in whole foods and for amazon is the store aslt’s and stl.
