VSP is being offered to 40+. It sounds like good news for both sides.

I hope all the legacy APC that wants to go actually are given the chance. Oxy 55 and over that left helped with the headcount. The legacy APC that takes the package will help as well. For someone that wants to keep their job I appreciate those that take the VSP. If it is right for you good luck in your future endeavors. I am just ready to move on and see if we can make this work.

What a stupid comment. I can't speak for the Oxy side but from the APC perspective the overwhelming majority that are eligible will be taking it. The problem is that while they had days of presentation last week stating that the VSP would come out this week, it turns out they lied and were not prepared because it's now apparently delayed for some uncertain period of time. We want no part of the train wreck.
