When attrition skyrockets after bonus payout and there’s no promotion or raise opportunities I’m going to gladly accept all my new responsibility. The Pioneer culture and new building make it all worthwhile

Honestly, I'm happy for you. You, by far, received the better deal. Did you work through the job placement provided, or another method?
Here is my deal I do 2x the work and I got a pay cut just under the 10%!

So happy for you . You got out of this hell and you got your ISP and a new job. I wish every day I could have half the package. Morale here is low.
