Good news is you all don’t do much so only a few skeletons are needed!!!
Many groups are already working with a skeleton crew. Even managers are supervising multiple groups that would normally be handled by 2+ managers. Where else can we cut? Are there areas outside of the BU’s still overstaffed? In B15 we can barely keep our heads above water with our workloads.
I am not an employee, but I know that management must work with a skeleton crew to see this thing through.
I could only hope so. Maybe they will finally cut the terrible management that people hate working with. I can think of 2 managers in IT that people would love to see go. The same laissez-faire managers hold onto do nothing employees. Time to quit promoting idleness and big spending.
Last chance to shake it up, if we don't there will be nothing left in 6 months!
A continuation? For those who don't work there, how many have been laid off over the past few weeks?
I'm mainly asking about this week, will we see a continuation of some kind?
