Anyone know what is about to be communicated to managers regarding the compensation changes?

Equity Grants no longer offered to Sr Managers. Target bonus cut in at all levels below VP upped by 5%.
So, the promise is there to do better, but good luck on ever collecting that bonus. Last year was an Anomoly.
That seems in keeping with management's challenge to us to be entrepreneurial. A lot of start up company's need their employees to be hungry enough to forgo juicy salaries. Of course, the senior leadership of those start ups aren't making over $150Million in salaries
Yes. In order to stay competitive with other profitable companies employees will be asked to pay Mattel in order to work here. You will be welcome to take unlimited PTO but must continue to pay your salary so that the company can redeploy those dollars to a younger more naive version of you who will do whatever ridiculous things are asked of them that you have grown wise and cynical about. Ask not what your company can do for you but what you can do for your company and all that.
It has to do with equity grants.
You mean like we're all not gonna get paid anymore??
