Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Is Marvin/Joe still on Depot’s payroll? Or

I’m beginning to truly wonder if Marvin and his Depot team are still on depot’s payroll (off the books of course). I cannot imagine that any executive team who actually cares about the future of our company could operate in such a horrible manner. I honestly believe Marvin is still working for Depot in an attempt to destroy Lowe’s and take out depot’s number one competitor. Some sort of criminal investigation needs to take place in order to find out the truth. Marv left Depot with a plan! He hopped to JCPenney to put a buffer between himself and the home improvement industry then finally moved to his main target which is destroying Lowe’s from within! Once we fully collapse, the exec team will get rich, Depot will have no competition, and the employees will be left with dead 401k’s and nothing to show for years of hard work.

Marvin must go! NOW

I heard Home Depot is starting to stock more appliances in house now that Lowe's isn't. Home Depot is always on the move to pick up on trends or fill in gaps from dumb things Lowes does. We are losing a lot of sales because people come in wanting an appliance to take home that day. Has there even been a good business move by Marv at Lowes or any other company he worked for? I don't think so.

Honestly, I wish he were that intelligent. If he were just devious I believe we would have hope of becoming a great company but from his track record I fear that this is simply incompetence and that could easily destroy us now. There are people in my store already contacting attorneys for advice and many more that now want to unionize which is normally taboo in the South. It's astounding how quickly he crumbled the heart of this company. I've watched people who were once die hard company folk damage products, throw entire packs of labels in the trash, recommend competitors to customers.... Why would purposely create an environment where your own employees want to work against you?

I just heard about an article that was posted that an employee had read that Marvin will be back at Home Depot by 2020. Just thought this was interesting.
