Well in my location is nearly the same. I am in Central EU IBM center.
And as he wrote everything is a true here too. Guys leaving, getting rid of skilled ppl and ppl that are in IBM for 7+ years. When they "mark"you , they will try really hard to kick you either via some mistake or will try to make something up so you will be in wrong time in wrong place and hurray they have something on you to kick you.
Managers are lying all day to you and what is shocking ( at least to me ) to customer/s too. They are lying about ppl avalaibility to customer, lying about band of ppl to the customer, lying to the technicians under the manager...
SO as he said get out of it really fast.
Well put. I would be interested to know if any IBM locations are different. I can move there.
