I’m up to speed on the 5 + 7 401K but I heard there was an added 7-12% retirement plan.
Does this exist? If so, what is the program’s name (APC called it PWA)? What type of program is it, low risk savings, stock, defined benefits or something else?

The program is called Retirement Plan. You would have the same investment options as the 401k program. Both the 401k and retirement plans are administered by Voya and you can see them and manage the investments under the same account.
Legacy APC employees will still have their PWA or Pension thru 2020 according to the emails. Only the 401k is moving day one.
Good info, thanks
Retirement Account - company contributes, you don't - 7% till SSWB and 12% over SSWB
Both investment options the same
