Left 15 months ago. Ex ASTL and started as a TM in 2001 working my way up. Everyone at regional and in store leadership has to put on the face and sell it that everything is ok. They hold the information......however that information given by GLOBAL is meant to keep them engaged in the company. Best thing for you all now is to be happy about the GOOD systems/pass experiences and apply those into your next career. Don’t leave WFM thinking of the bad things. Leave focusing on the good and move on. If you’ve been with the company prior to 2015, you learned some solid things that you can take to your next career path. The flip side is we all cared about this company and to see the ship turn in a direction none of us saw coming a decade ago is wild to see. So crack that beer and watch it set sail into the distance.

PS. I try to move on, but check this site once in a while.

No resources, no one wants to work for WFM anymore in Massachusetts. Look on indeed it’s comical. We made our own beds. It’s as like we are working in a conventional store now. Just wait until Amazon buys another grocery market and merges both stores. It’s coming.

panda express pays $16 -16.50 starting.
the amazon 15 for ridiculous workload and unrealistic standards is just a joke not to mention sh–ty store leadership and mediocre regional leadership.

Our retention rate is terrible. New hires go through all the training, work a week or two, then they're gone. Jobs are posted for weeks with just a couple applicants. I think the unemployment level is so low now that we are getting all the dregs.
