My store manager told Marvin is smarter than me because Marvin is CEO.
I still can’t figure out how Marvin got to where he is today; maybe Marvin is smarter than me lol

Lowe's just needed an excuse to try to shamefully copy Home Depot. Bring in someone like Marvin that's not smart or creative enough to forge their own path and he's bound to do just this. Perfect patsy when it fails and they can just fire him and not look like total failures on their own.
Lowes was destroying itself from the inside long before Marvin.
I always thought Marvin was double dippin’ - still on the Home Depot payroll and destroying Lowe’s from the inside.
