Buy Outs / Severance Rumor

I pray each day that the rumor form awhile back holds true and Walmart considers offering all 20 +yr associates a severance to step away from their job.

Then they could hire all part timers without benefits as replacements.

This would save Walmart billions in long run.

In takin about a quarter to a half a million. Befor I would even concider it

I totally agree, but the new people don’t wanna work, they come in and work a week or two and leave. They see how much work they have to do and they go find another job. I’m a 30 year associate I have never seen so many people come and go from Walmart.

Save em even MORE billions if they can find effective ways to fire / drive off all these employees without having to pay unemployment.

Count on seeing that happening in waves. —I'm sorry, I really don't mean to come off insensitive, but I know from experience how filthy dirty that company really is.
