They will roll this out and in 5 years roll out a new program. Its an endless cycle. The thing walmart has never understood is no 2 stores are the same because people and communities vary. You can run them all the same but it why you get different results in different regions.

can confirm this, granted our ogp is a dumpster fire right now with bad csat, revolving door of assoicates (losing three this week), recovering from the remodel and numerous other clown fiestas (see my post history). We get usually anything we want, New equipment, assoicates, free snacks, we are trying to get a couch and tv in our office so i can just live there and never leave. My asm just did 2 weeks straight and im on track for another 55+ hour week (love redoing all the pick paths)...
Granted we have some sh– coming our way soon ,dispensing ogp till 10pm, accepting wic/ebt, express orders just to name a few and they are now starting to cut everyones hours but our sales are constantly increasing....They just cut the number of stores our mm has to handle in half so more mm for ecomm running around so they are going hard in the department right now.....
I give it another 7 months before i finally lose my mind and leave...unless the whole team lead thing comes down and if there is a chance i can make 2 dollars more an hour and keep my position ill take the abuse for a little longer....
It's a numbers game, like everything else with WM. And you're right—they certainly don't care. That very level of arrogance is what is now destroying them from the inside out. < THE VERY THING SAM WARNED ABOUT.
