In lieu of promotional opportunities we get learning experiences and diversity groups to join....sweet! So.....more work, same pay, be glad you have a job!

I’ve been around long enough to have seen this before. A company in trouble attempts distraction with “diversity”, “it’s just a phase”, “2100% dividend” and so on. We’re at the 5 yard line. I mean 15. 30. 45...
Strong balance sheet, positive cashflow, spin doctoring earnings call, & Tyson tells us about some other perk less than 1% of the company can use. And 20k toward adoption is less than half the US avg cost so..... idk thanks?
