This is a good position, they should pay more for the hard work Remodel Associates do - other than that it's a good position
This is how I joined WMT - I was thinking it'll be a just short sting. 15 years later, I am still here.
I like it though.
I understand why many are not happy, in my case I do not have a family to support so there is less pressure on me. We have good mgmt in our store, so no complaints.
What was your point? To push other posts back to previous posts page?
What you'll do
- We are looking for hard-working people that are comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding job. While our store undergoes a remodel, we need associates to help customers find what they need and guide them to the items on their shopping lists that may not be in the usual places.
- You'll also assist firsthand with the upgrades being made while making sure shelves are stocked and inventory is moved to the appropriate places. As a member of our seasonal remodel team, you will be an important part of the new state-of-the-art Walmart.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Remove and install fixtures
- Greet customers with a smile and answer their questions
- Stock products on shelves
- Sort products in the backroom
- Unload trucks
