After collecting screenshots of employees making fun of customers sharing these people's names and pictures from Lowe's official FB page I will do my part by sending these via messenger to the customers involved at least once a week. I will encourage those people to share their story with others. After all these years of loyalty I will take every opportunity to discourage people from spending money in your stores. I left the company two years ago after my position was eliminated. I didn’t like it, but I moved on and am now doing something I really love and have a schedule that allows for plenty of work/life balance. None of us are owed anything and no job lasts forever. How you handle adversity also says something about you as a person. We all have a choice—move on and keep a positive attitude, or focus on the negative.
Lol oh yeah it's totally going to get everyone fired. Let every store suffer being even short staffed, let the managers try and micro manage the invisible man.... I'll continue to smile and laugh watching it all snug in the fact that I'm a good employee bc I don't rock the boat as far as any of them know.
Great so your solution for the problem of getting some people fired is to get all people fired. your real compassionate. this sux but why make it worse for the people left. try to make a change for the positive. oh wait you hate change that's why your compelled to harp on the negative and not move forward. make the real change move yourself into the future. if you want Marv gone get him fired but not at the expense of the rest of the company who is just trying to feed their families. I was let go and I tell my kids that they need to be resistive to the negative and look to the positive. make an opportunity to improve yourselves move on!
and about all any of you will do is hurt the stores and all the wage slaves still working there. havent any of you learned anything about how isolated corporate is?? they will always be the LAST to be hurt by anything you do to the stores. so all this will serve to do in the short term is further cause more layoffs. so congrats. be a bit more creative.
Thank you for this! I am on a similar mission to speak for those who have been laid off and those who WILL be laid off in the near future. The practice is unethical and should be blasted to hell. I agree with the other comment on newspapers and social media. The word spreads fast that way and I refuse to let this die.
