The Dept Mgr positions are being phased out. Currently they are told to do "section work", and clean. They have no associates under them anymore to do what is necessary. The CAP teams have someone in the area stocking their area and maybe another area at the same time, plus putting up the truck.

This position is going away. I think the poster wants to preserve the job description in a way they list it now.

- Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your department
- Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action
- Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels
