I am unable to sign into Walmart One. Am I surprised? Their computers were always so bad it’s par for the course. Can anyone give me the basic pay out for severance?
I never took any of my vacation yet this year so I can kiss that goodbye. I am curious if it is 1 week paid for every year worked. Just curious because it looks like that’s my future.

After 1 year FT or 5 yrs PT (anniversary to anniversary), severance is one week for every full year worked minus any LOA time. So one LOA will reduce pay one full year.
I pray each day that the rumor form awhile back holds true and walmart considers offering all 20 +yr assocoates a severance to step away from their job.then they could hire all part timers w no benefits as replacements. Would save walmart bollions n long run.
