Does anyone know anything about the customer hosts doing returns? What will customer service be doing? Just money gram and bill pays? Are they going to be eliminating customer service positions?

I read that they will be able to do cash returns at the doors as well. Doesn’t seem very safe to be handling cash by the entrance as well as the traffic backup for returns at the door. Doesn’t make sense. So I’m curious what their intentions are.. most likely to eliminate more positions, unfortunately.
We are starting a new program for returns. The host will scan the item, if it is something we will not get credit for, the host will process the return and the customer will have the option of keeping the item and receiving a refund. This is supposed to help reduce the stores trash quantity. Seems like a huge mistake to me but hey, I've only been here 27 yrs next month. What do I know? SMH
