There are several incompetent SVP, VP and Directors there. Fire non technical folks in engineering. Business analysts posing as TPM needs to be cut. Former test engineers who cannot code, need to go. HR is incompetent. They are doing performance evaluation on “future potential” where it should be based on what the employee has done so far to make impact. Need serious housecleaning if the company wants to survive another few years. Digital Ops has too much manual tasks that need to be automated.

Hey, sounds like it worked out, the CSR got the assist like Larry Bird.

Not every customer is as forgiving, pushing wads of cash at you guys. There are the millennials, for example, such horrid, awful young people.

Please sort out these issues, make the systems Highly Available, get rid of the slugs and the startup losers, to ensure your future.

So I guess I refresh my email a few more times looking for a confirmation email. No dice, OK.

Then I'll wait until COM or after-COM re-syncs the reserved unit back into active inventory, maybe I can still order it later tonight.

Then I guess I'll find out if the checkout is still f—ed.
