We having layoffs at midland office and also next week at Permian basin there having some programs going on away and pay cuts no bonuses and no more stocks so get tuned I hope there’s a buyout very soon this company is not the same anymore management is horrible bad im personally looking for another job trying to go with xto or chevron

There is no incentive to complain. In case you haven't been paying attention, anyone and everyone who has complained over the last few years since the AH announcement has been ousted. They won't accept any dissent. Instead of listening to the concerns and opinions of their talented staff, the higher ups have just cleaned house. Not unlike a certain far-eastern dictatorship during the 20th century. They have created a culture of apathetic employees who secretly despise the leadership.
All you spineless cowards!! I agree apache has gone downhill horribly and our current management has done this. But to go on here anonymously and bash the hand that feeds us all is not doing anyone any good. I see all the midland personnel all snugged up inside the big bosses butts and higher ups only get there by kissing butt. Still if we are so concerned speak up lets come together as an apache family would back in the day and speak our minds. No here on this site where no difference can be made. Managers are bullies and push their weight, right or wrong they have last say no matter what. But nothing will ever change if all you cowards complain in secrecy!!!!!
I work as a pumper in the Permian and this is not looking good it all they don’t want us to buy material to fix our equipment if is broke leave it down no more over time .all the money we make goes to alpine high and thats not working very upset looking for a new job now I been here 8 years and this one looks like buy out even our bosses have said that

I work in the Midland office. I didn’t see anyone getting escorted out of the building and no word of a lay-off. Are you sure you have the right company/location?
Wow Apache Corp was a good company to work for but they just behind on the game the alpine high didn’t work I have a brother working for the company and now is just a nightmare working for apache 👎
