What corporate Lowe’s just did to the FSAs was cheap and ignorant. In my store, the FSA did a lot more than just clean. He added a lot to the store and always had a positive attitude and went out of his way to help out and do extra things for the entire store. He also put some of his own money into the things he did. Lowe’s could have offered the FSAs another job in the stores, they just didn’t want to because they figured it would save them money and make their stock rise. Well, it didn’t and I’m glad because the way these people were treated was just unbelievably cheap. I hope corporate Lowe’s do read these posts because I would like to express my disgust for whoever made this decision. You are a cheap little person.

New cleaning people didn't even have a plan on how to open the toilet paper dispensers. The Pricing Signage Coordinator of twelve years, she quit two months ago and that task has been haphazardly shuffled off onto whomever is unlucky enough to be chosen that morning. Current Unload Crew is made-up of six retirees who work only part-time and the store is grossly over-stocked. The high-ups order the big doors wide open with the HVAC system wheezing along trying to keep up. Amazing level of inept incompetence at the Lowe's Corporate higher echelon.
I was one of the many dedicated FSAs who was out-sourced yesterday and I thank you for your commonsense and please understand that Lowe's is losing a huge amount of pure customer service and just plain goodness in all the FSAs and Assemblers they zeroed-out yesterday. Kinda evil if you get right down to o it.
