Another 'Inclusion' program. And now even less staff than we had at the beginning of the
week. Store at less than half the staff we had two years ago and the customers know it and see it.
The internet fulfillment doesn't work because we can't staff the pickup desk. The call button is
constantly going off. Predicting more stores will close this year. Good intentions that fail at the store level. But keep pushing the surveys and take your safety quizzes to get the points. Retail mentality.

I hate these inclusion programs. Im one of the people in those groups. So now instead of me just being me, and you being you, now I’m “one of them “. Thanks Marvin. Why do I have to be singled out as being “in need of special treatment”, just because a bunch of white guys can’t get their sh*t together? Maybe just make a program for them, to break them out of their prejudices and leave the rest of us to do our jobs.
