Staffing will be one clerk that will handle all duties in receiving one receiver mostly for outside garden and lumber back End manager will deal mostly with delivery issues and work the floor LTL is gone
receiving asociates screw off most of the day anyway...applying for mst or the schedule is more than stupid....those are the hardest working people in the building....lowes just needs to merge or close...they have no identity
LTL freight companies don't give two sh–s about Marv, freight will always come in during the day.

More of the ‘amazon effect’. Companies are going to have become more ‘customer-centric’. The days of receiving personnel being able to exist in their own little world at the back end of the building with just minimal interaction with customers are quickly coming to an end. It’s all part of the ‘on-demand’ economy.
