Being moral is a fireable offense at Frontier. Do not question improper billing, false statements, or flat out lies, they will terminate you. Sell it even if they didn't ask for it. Ethics and morals are not allowed.
So true. In most cases with a few exceptions it’s the ones willing to s— up that ever get promoted. Not the reps who could make a difference.
Dont worry your smarter than management. You are a threat to their jobs. Just like VPs have push the low life lower management to the lower floor.
I was fired from Frontier today, but please don’t pity me as I am a free man. I had 2 coaches pull me in a room with s union steward. I asked what I did and was flabbergasted by their response. They observed one of my calls where I didn’t try to sell 1m his to a 92 year old lady who was legally blind. They told me that was just as bad as committing employee theft. The union steward sat motionless as they terminated me on the spot. I’m just glad my friend Josh gave me a ride home. Frontier and IBEW are one of the same.
