how many FSAs , assemblers, paychecks could be covered by not giving complaining customers advantageous discounts and actually sticking to corporate policy?

No "leader" gives zero warnings except when they care more about business than people.

WARN act, lets sue.

Lowe’s has an entire legal dept. I assure you this move was vetted by them first. It may not be right but it is perfectly legal.
