Can someone please tell me what a panel interview is?

They already know who they want before you get there
Be ready for them to lie to you like a bunch of slimy used car salesmen. For instance, if you've got retail management experience and that's what you're seeking, they'll tell you things like 'we like our managers to start on the ground level here and work their way up from sales associates' or 'well, yes, but you don't have WALMART management experience!' —and this sh!t will be coming from people who themselves hired in, from other companies, some not even retail, directly to their salaried positions.
They're looking to fill the worst, most degrading and lowest paid slots they have first. Don't let it be with YOU.
at least 3 people, i have been involved with 6 people on the panel. And each one will ask you at least 3-4 questions
