Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

Elections are done.

Your Vegas Vacation is over. Hopefully the contract can be the priority. CBC has been destroyed. You call yourself leaders Get back to the table or make decision. If you don’t have the leadership skills needed. Makes the people think you are holding leadership positions for personal gain and not the people. Wait that has already been proven. Unions are dying in this country because leaders who base all decisions personal interest and their own job security. Blaming others for your weakness and lack of leadership skills doesn’t last forever. These negotiations cannot be blamed on the past leadership. Strength in numbers! They kept the CBC united as one. You have failed the people.

Lol "enough is enough". Sounds like someone who is again deflecting what happened during this contract. Times are tough, we all know that...but to place blame on past contracts is nothing more then an excuse. The CBC was always together up until now. Whether a local voted yes or no in the past they still had respect for each other. Get over yourself and focus on today not yesterday.

Can the union membership have a no confidence vote to get rid of these clowns.

Surprise yet another excuse with a little defections back to the past. Might want to change your wording a little. Easy to figure out who is deflecting their own lack of leadership again.

Laughed at "These negotiations cannot be blamed on the past leadership." In the original post.
The only reason we are on the f..kn. sh...ty situation we are in, is because of past contracts and how we have been getting fk...d over the years.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,!!!

The IUE leadership during these negotiations should be ashamed of themselves. For 50 years the CBC was a voice of one. Shame on the IUE negotiating team for allowing this division to happen. No doubt they will blame this on everyone else (past and present) for there failures. Membership members should unite!
