yes you heard correct. it is in the news. also buying another food company in India.
@10gRDTyg Who are you?? Are you some random stock trader looking for inside dirt on some potential deal? Or perhaps someone just looking to "stir the pot"?
Most of the posts on this site are on-point and specific and relate to issues that ex-employees (or current employees) are aware of. They will typically not make sense to outsiders. Your post just looks like a "fishing expedition".
