Soon the Bass Pro Shops call center in Springfield, Missouri will be on the same order management system as all the Cabela's call centers in Nebraska. All the Springfield call center management jobs have already been given to Cabela's in Nebraska. What are the chances that the Springfield call center will be needed, when all the orders can be taken by Cabela's?

A lot of the call center supervisors in Springfield are still there, but they can't say "boo" without approval from their managers in Nebraska. Some Springfield departments have been entirely turned over to Cabela's and are run remotely. Let there be no doubt, the Springfield call center has entirely been turned over to Nebraska. Upper management is all Cabela's.
You mean the TeleTech out sourced call centers ? Maybe they can move them to Sidney, i hear they need people to fill Building 1 since they are moving everyone out of Building 2.
What springfield management jobs have been given Cabelas? The same managers who have been in springfield are still there.
