Thread regarding Resideo Technologies layoffs

yup...HR Troll. Confusing hard work with results and talent. Because you have a new name you suddenly have "potential"? Why didn't you have this when you were part of HON? Why weren't you successful when you had the name (really had the name) , the money and could hide in a larger organization. Its the same people, doing the same thing in the same way and you are suddenly driven to succeed and expect a different outcome. Ask yourself why Hon spun you off....was it because you were good, innovative or because you were a drain on the overall organization financially and other wise.

If any of you actually work for Resideo then maybe you should think of leaving or wake up and believe in our potential. Some of us want our new company to succeed and are working damn hard to achieve that. The type of loose chatter here isnt productive and as an employee I take offence to it. Negative Normans / Nellys should return to the old org they came from - these behaviours are better suited back there, but I guess you wouldn't be welcomed!

Not the OP but jumping in, I think constructive AND realistic. The list of failures by this company (and when it was part of Honeywell) is actually impressive.....and growing.

I think this will cause the stock to crash big time. This will be the last quarter they can semi-hide the bleed off of customers and the crashing of sales. They can only pull off what was pulled off to put a good a spin on this once....

Anyone hear about some mobile app? Hearing it was laughed at because it...."doesn't actually do anything" and they can't integrate any of the acquisitions tech into it. If that's true....Nice work.
