Now we have to wait an additional 2 weeks to find out when we lose our jobs in Chicago and other non-hub locations ?

@10ddGkoM-denp - In my experience, to be precise, the phrase should be "while they make you dig your own grave" (i.e. while you perform so-called "knowledge transfer"). Unfortunately, the only thing that matters is whether you did it - it does not matter if any actual knowledge was transferred. And yes - on behalf of the individuals who will be using that apps that I wrote and/or maintained - I did try, but I might as well have been talking to a wall.
BE RESILENT and always put a smiling face while we dig your grave. Thank you.

So when is it scheduled now?
The mantra transformation and journey b—s— that is all they will contibue to spew. They have no balls to speak the truth. In fact Ik perfected the art of lying St everyone face. Don't expect anything more
Oh yea. The great plan is failing and the tribal leaders are preparing another shart of wisdom. Let’s see what sugar coated BS is tossed to the crowd now. Complete mo–ns. Now they need to find some lame excuse why they can’t continue record employee cuts.
Rumor is they will be giving insight to an axing, but not yours.
Do you honestly think they are going to give us clear insight to when we are going to be axed? I don’t
As scotty days this firm is short sighted at quarterly results with no direction for long term. Do what is needed to hit numbers but after seeing the bills from offshore one asks really... They are more expensive even offshore than what we cost. It is clear there was a massive heist by Ik to.patronage her Indian handlers for massive kickbacks to her and her husband. I am sure slt is part of this mafia
To paraphrase a line from A Few Good Men, "JD can't handle the truth".
The IT SLT does not want to hear that their great outsourcing plan is not working. I've been on calls where managers or sr. managers spoke bluntly about the issues and where shot down hard by directors and sr. directors. It was the IT SLT who made the decisions that managers and sr. managers could not tell their business partners that the outages, poor resolve times for help desk tickets open by users, etc. were caused by outsourcing. Just as the IT SLT lies to JD on the state of IT affairs because they fear that JD would fire them for speaking the truth they expected us to do the same with our business partners.
Leadership is about honesty and integrity which JD and her acolytes have none and expect the same from their directs. It takes years to senior leaders to build trust and loyalty among their associates but once destroyed only a new leadership team can rebuild it. The destruction that JD and her acolytes have done to the global IT function will remain long after she and her acolytes have been given their golden parachutes to pursue "other career opportunities" elsewhere.
If that is true and they have accounted for the internal collapse of the business but they are not responsive, they are even more incompetent than the majority of people think. This would mean they are intentionally destroying the business. Reality is that they made bad decisions. There is no IT leadership and middle management should be fired for proclaiming great successes with outsourcing when, in fact, it was failing miserably. Outsourcing is still failing, period. The ship is sinking and they are trying to please Wall Street before running off.
little delay , but be assured that this strategy is well covered years in advance , and every scenario is investigated years upfront , Pepsico's management has always been managing with double agenda's , and be assured also that the best friends are informed upfront any news also
The problem is there is no strategy. All they are looking for are cost cuts so they can fatten their bonuses and payouts when (not if) they decide to bail the ship they torpedoed. What a disgrace it is that they did this to a once great corporation. Next stop is a complete split of food and beverage, not a bottler spin-off like they did the last time in 1999
Nah, they have tossed the pilots out of the plane and now they can't figure out a way to fly or land. Time to tweak the strategy. Would not be surprised if they pulled back on the massive layoff in IT.
