Total Depression
To the previous poster...I would love to see your year over year, and YTD to plan performances to support your perception...
Depends on the core. Our core hasn't cared about the customer for 10 years. I haven't seen a difference on a mgmt level whatsoever other than a new President with a broader vision. Same local decisions: just better decision making. We're in a way better spot and it just shows how it easy it could have been if we had done it sooner. Mosley should be dragged to the barn already.
The difference, GIS leadership believed in the model where local leadership had autonomy to make business decisions and it proved to be very profitable.
Now under XBS, and the cores the decision on how to run a company is taken away at the local level and the result is - good employees leave, customers leave and the downward spiral begins.
Now What I’ve realized, if you are not brining in Revenue - you/we are just as unwanted overhead.
All of the GIS employees were dedicated, knowledgeable and loyal. 80% of the wave 1 former GIS employees are now GONE. Bite me, HCL dipshits.
GIS had very few cancellations, XBS cancellations have become the norm
GIS I cared about working hard, XBS I'm just there for the paycheck
GIS was the money makers for Xerox. As XBS we s—.
The difference is that there won't be a different much longer. XBS is melting into Xerox slowly and painfully.
GIS cared about customers.
XBS just wants their money.
