Heard W.V is being sold or already has been sold?

Who's gonna buy W.V....its a mess. Out of state techs were sent there to help out, 2018 contract now forbids that. W.V will be a flash point how the 1986 dereg ruling has let down customers.

I heard there was an announcement on Aug 1st and that the upcoming quarterly call had it's Q&A session canceled. This was from a WV peer so nothing is being said outside of WV that I've heard.
Rumors going around about something coming in the next week. Haven't heard anything else...
Where did you hear this? Do you work in WV? Do you believe this to be true? Have there been any signs of a pending sale?
