All these cuts on a store level to save a buck. Marvin should really take a look at his corporate level. The whole thing is a mess. There are way to many of these corporate bugs making a lot of money, to do what? Come in to the store, spruce up the aisles, make people feel intimidated and read off an email on where to put sale items? The whole market team is absolutely redundant and ridiculous. The Lowe's corporate ladder is a joke. These guys make 100k + a bonus and have the littlest impact on direct customer interaction and ticket price. Get rid of them! They're the dead weight, not the employees in the store helping customers.

Cut out CQ entirely they literally only waste time and money and they little they do is wrong nine times out of ten. Now my managers are chastising me telling me I have to put in enough info for them to give a quote even if I lie and put filler information in and ignore the quote they create. What a cluster.
Absolutely right! From district managers on up, completely useless and incompetent.
