True statement, someone on the inside reporting.
It was a daily OB train they were making up. Broken knuckle, excessive speed, possible train handling issue
You obviously don’t understand operating ratios.
Picking them out of the ditch probably comes from a different budget as employees do so it doesn’t go against there operating ratio
So the question is .......is it cheaper to pick them out of the ditch then to maintain them ?
