does this mean that the geologist will get thier jobs back? Since we will have to start pumping oil like crazy?

Geology is not correct. Can’t confirm any from there and thankfully our mgmt knows how valuable they are. (I’m not a Geo). We probably still have a few less than stellar performers but that can be said in every job type.
Exec mgmt. should take at least a 25% pay cut.
