Is our company ever going to get back to building new stores? Hasn’t been a new store built around me in many years and I live in a populated stated with many growth opportunities.

pretty sure they have built or are building a handful of new stores this year. i have randomly found articles at times while searching for other news on lowes. sadly every article id then waste my time reading always mentioned pushed back opening dates, projects not going well between them and the city etc. etc. pretty typical retail game is to close under-performing locations while randomly throwing darts on the map and opening new locations. kind of how retail has always "grown" their business and why economic downturns become so difficult to weather due to over-saturation of certain cities and poor location planning in general.
New stores? Lol they can"t manage the ones they have now!
