Remember dedicated loaders, portable printers for pricing, etc.

Our store went 3rd party about 3 years ago for regular drivers and 2 years ago for CDL (flatbed) drivers. We are on 3rd party company number 2 in that time.
And now we have them 4 times a year because there is so much information to share.
The biggest waste of money is the Las Vegas meetings.
