You measure a person's character by how they deal with adversity. When it shows who they really are then it takes courage and character to say, "Yes this is who I am!" The hardest part is changing it to improve and do better. This PR fiasco at Mooresville shows us one thing. They would rather not address the clear problem they have at Executive of stores and at corporate HR.
So who cares right? Well all shareholders, employees,vendors, customers and stockholders have to
ask themselves one simple question. Who is Lowe's? Can they effect real change when things go bad? Do they pride themselves in owning their mistakes and moving forward?
Cowering in the corner and pulling back hoping this goes away speaks volumes and they don't care!
This theme keeps repeating so its pretty clear who Lowe's has become!
