You better read up on Amazon. If you think you have it bad now, Amazon warehouses sound like legalized slave shops.

Really. The news coverage is chilling.

When it pay's a 5.09 $ in income Tax per 517$ in Total Revenue "Life must be great for the top tier" While its some of it's workers and customer's would wish they could get the same deal as the bottom tier. Level the playing field with a minimum Flat tax and pay as you earn and add a made in your city section to every store.

Walmart is working there associates to death and someone has the balls to say there better off working for poverty wages cut hours and a store full of rogue managers most of them new coming in every day as well as a very large Associate turnover over a 100 % at some stores.Tell me are they leaving walmart because they love the place or just got the sh–s of that toilet and and trying to better there life and get out of the poor house that walmart had put them in.You are going to work anywhere you go and at least at Amazon you will get payed for your work. And you managers best follow the crow your jobs are leaving as well get ahead of the ax man and come on down with the Associate's .walmart don't give a sh– about you and the associates are beginning not to give a sh– for them. They leave buy the bus load looking for better jobs. You make it sound like they cant Handel the work load at Amazon And walmart is a cake walk bull sh–.Also someone needs to flush the toilet at the home office and get rid of the sh– that is running there labor force

The vast majority of Walmart workers aren't going to be able to handle Amazon. They don't put up with 30 minute bathroom trips, "oh I got stopped by someone", etc. You work, and it's monitored. You can't keep up, then you'll be on your way quickly.

Yeah, there are going to be exceptions to this just like there are everything; but look around at your Walmart, or any other. How many of those people could really handle the Amazon environment? Very few.

No other retailer will ever replace the sheer volume of available and hiring stores that Walmart has had. By virtue of what it is, Amazon will only have so many warehouses and distribution centers spread throughout the country, whereas WM has stores literally everywhere. And they're failing, sooo......

I say it again: use this as your opportunity to escape the retail game. That industry as we've always known it has gone bust.

Far better to just get out of retail altogether. Research this Amazon deal, they've gained quite a sordid rep as a slave shop for a few years already. I know a few people personally who can attest to this.

It's very hard to jump from a ship you've been riding for so long—even if it's sprung a leak and you know will flounder eventually. This is why many long timers will end up having to be fired in order to leave. :(
