Better to cut the hourly employees than to cut salaried employees.
Not really but that also depends on how replaceable you are.
While you are not wrong, I've gotta let you know they can now limit your hours and pay. In good times hourly is coveted, in the opposite hourly employees are cannon fodder.
Man you’re pay must be amazing because every time I was moved from hourly pay Uncle Earl P. bent me over big time. I personally prefer hourly because I get paid for what I actually working instead of working for free. So sorry bro I’m calling B.S.
