Can Nestle just send me my notice and we can part ways already? This waiting game is getting pretty tedious with no information at all from my DSL. I have yet to speak with him for over two months about any transition news. I have jobs lined up already but just need that sheet of paper to release me from this bs. Cut me my check and get me away from these lazy f&@ks that cannot order or throw any product to save their lives.

They’re just coasting until they get their payout. I just read official public court documents online on how much they get bonused out at the end of the year. ridiculous. the work vs. pay scale is waaaay off. No wonder dsd was unsustainable....
I seriously can’t wait either. So sick of being treated like a number and dealing with the warehouse we use. I could’ve left already, but I just don’t want to put my other co-workers in a bind. That’s part of the reason what’s making me stay. One company I interviewed with is willing to wait for me until the end.
Many of you guys are exaggerating about not seeing or hearing from your DSL for months at a time. I hear from my neatly everyday via text, call or meeting.
As much as I’ve seen reps loving to call HR and ASLs, it’s hard to believe you haven’t received communication about anything.
It’s called a phone, call him and find out!
