how long do furloughed employees have recall rights? I've heard 2 yrs, 3 yrs, and have heard for as long as the place is in business. I can't seem to get a definite answer.

They can fire you when you come back though for insubordination of being furloughed
Employees with less then 3 years of service have rights to a call back for 12 months. After that it’s up to the carrier’s discretion who they call back or if they rehire off the street. Employees with more than 3 years will have to be called back before hiring off the street.
