Overhead a DM at WM talking to another SM about how to get rid of people and forcing them to quit so that they don't get any severance. If you make too much in their opinion, then you are expendable. It is sad that DM's are being told from upper management to "bully" employees into quitting.

What's a view box?
No one really knows anything until you get called to the office and there is a box of tissues and an empty view box.
You get what you pay for. Underpaid hourly supervisors don’t have the dedication that the asms of today have. Cutting the overpaid executives in corporate who did a lot questionable stock buybacks should be the ones to go. They were the ones bleeding the company dry. Lots of changes happening.
So is all this planned for end of fiscal NEXT MARCH or in coming weeks? Never a timeline given not even ballpark info. Just seems like more bs floating around.
The minimum pay in a lot of stores now is 12-$13 an hour. I don’t see that happening! And that’s a joke. If you are an ASM making more than 60 a year, then be concerned!
Don't be so afraid of change! Bbb can't operate as it always has and stay competitive. Sheesh.
